What we process
- Enquiries. Your name, email address, phone number, company name and the information you include. Purpose: to answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Email and phone correspondence. Whatever you choose to share. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in replying (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Technical data. Server logs record IP address, browser type and request time to keep the site secure and stop abuse such as spam. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
- Cookies. Essential cookies are always used; analytics and marketing cookies only with your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). See the cookie policy.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: up to 12 months.
- If we sign a contract: for its duration and as long as the law requires (for example, retention periods for accounting and audit records).
- Server logs: up to 90 days.
Who receives it
We do not sell data. It is processed only by our service providers under contract: our web and email hosting provider in Lithuania and, with your consent, Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics, Google Ads). Data may be disclosed to public authorities where the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or erase your data, restrict or object to processing based on legitimate interest, receive your data in a portable format, or withdraw consent. We reply within one month.
If you believe your data is processed unlawfully, you can complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt), L. Sapiegos g. 17, LT-10312 Vilnius.
Security
The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS, the enquiry form is protected against automated spam, and data is accessible only to staff who need it for their work.
